Our project experience includes a wide variety of types and sizes of installations, including horizontal installations with copper and fiber media, large building riser/backbone installations, campus backbone installations, networking equipment, video distribution systems, and security systems. All installations have been performed for a broad mix of customers, including financial, health, education, manufacturing, retail, and government institutions. All of our installations are based on industry standards and guidelines, including IEEE, EIA, TIA, ANSI, and ISO/IEC. We are a corporate member of Building Industry Consulting Services, International (BICSI) and our staff includes Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD), Network Technology Systems (NTS) Designers, and Outside Plant (OSP) Designers.
On average, our installation technicians have more than ten years of experience with most of our staff having worked at Advanced Data for over five years. All of our staff gets the best possible training with a combination of both in-house and on-the-job experience. Along with manufacturer specific training, installation technicians also receive training through the National Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (NJATC) of National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). Many of our installation technicians hold certifications from various manufacturers, including CommScope (SYSTIMAX and Uniprise), Corning, and Panduit. Several technicians also hold additional industry recognized certifications such as BICSI certified installer.
